I must agree. I am the one who is running on an EMOTIONAL WAVE too. Having my highs, having my lows! However,  being aware of it has brought so much PEACE!

Before, I would have judged myself! I would have tried to make a million reasons why I felt so down, which made it even worse. Not to mention how much pressure I would have put on myself to sustain consistent happiness! Especially helping others with emotions, right?

But coming across Human Design and learning WHO I AM and WHO I AM NOT was such a GAME CHANGER!

Someone might think that you get only flattering information about yourself when you go for the reading! But actually, you receive both. Including instructions on how you can work with it… I will give an example…

Let’s look closer at the emotional lows I have talked about…

50% of the population experience emotional waves. As already mentioned, it means you have emotional highs and lows… And it is NOTHING MORE than a CHEMICAL REACTION in your body… 

So, if you are one of those and expect yourself to be emotionally balanced all the time, I will tell you a secret. DON’T!

But there are ways to help you to go through your low wave….

Awareness definitely helps so you know what is going on.

 Don’t start giving the reasons for your feelings. Your mind loves doing so…   

Please note that I am not telling you to ignore your feelings. I am not telling you not to work on your feelings. I am saying not to create unnecessary stories. And go over and over them again. Here is some example to explain what I mean….

You have a “bad” day. Someone upset you – a great reason to feel bad, right? All day, you keep thinking about it and play it over and over in your head…. Then you go to sleep. The moment when you wake up, you actually feel neutral. Have you ever noticed that? Then you start thinking about what happened the day before and immediately feel upset again. And yuppie, let’s have another “bad” day!

 Acknowledge your feelings; don’t try to repress them. Explain to people around you what is going on for you. That you might not be that pleasant on that day. That you might feel down. But it has nothing to do with them…

As a mother, I recommend doing so with your kids. Especially with those without emotional waves. Because they pick up your feelings and take them as theirs.

Give yourself space to have some ME time. Especially if you are on line 3 in your Human Design profile, google “Free Human Design chart” to find out your profile and more.

Those are people who “make a bond and break it”,… Not in the sense that they burn bridges, as I read somewhere. They need lots of space for themselves in relationships. 

 If you are in line 3 or 4, write a note on your bathroom mirror to remind yourself:

“WHEN I AM ON MY EMOTIONAL LOWS, ANYTHING I SAY TO OTHERS AND MYSELF IS NOT TRUE.

People with line 3 tend to go to rejection. They reject others, they reject themselves, they reject everything! So true, I can tell. And what relief to understand this about myself…

People with line 4, “normally” the kindest people ever, can turn into the meanest ones….

Personally, I believe having these little hints, not only about the emotional wave, is literally GOLDEN DUST!!!

I have noticed I don’t stay in my lows for as long as I did before. I am definitely more compassionate with myself. And it is not just me who finds it beneficial. As you can see above, MY CLIENT, too!
